The Conflict Resolution Service RSL team deliver the ASB service to 27 Registered Social landlords (RSLs) across Glasgow. The team receive referrals of serious antisocial behaviour from client RSLs. This service has been very well received. Investigators follow up complaints allowing housing officers to concentrate on other housing duties. The team assisting client RSLs have investigated a further 282 cases and 217 enquires in the last year. The service offers a Bronze, Silver and Gold package to clients providing a targeted and pro active ASB service. a recent survey of client RSLs showed an overall satisfaction rate of 89% amongst staff and managers.
